This program allows you to create memos and notes on your iPad and iPhone. Its features are those of the standard iPad/iPhone "Notes" applications plus much more, including:

Hiding and password-protecting private memos;
Searching and sorting memos;
Undeleting memos;
Categorizing memos;
Category colors;
Emailing memos;
Choosing your display font.

New features in version 2.0 include the ability to import text files and back-up your memo database file via iTunes file sharing.
